This policy is only valid for KDS products purchased through our website, by email, or by phone. Any KDS products purchased through a dealer are subject to that dealer’s return policy.
A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged for parts returned to KDS. The restocking fee may be higher depending on the dealer’s policy. If you purchased your product through a dealer, please contact the dealer directly regarding returns.
When returning items, please package them securely (in the same manner as they were received) to prevent damage during shipment. The surface finish on KDS products is susceptible to scratches or scuffs in transit, which will be considered damage. Any thread damage to an SPL part is also considered damage, as it renders the part unusable and therefore not returnable.
Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment due to inadequate packaging. Such items may be deemed unacceptable, resulting in the voiding of refunds.
KDS products that have been used, damaged through user error, or damaged during attempted installation are NOT returnable or refundable. What constitutes damage is at the sole discretion of KDS. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Returned items deemed damaged for any reason may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s request and expense.
Always include a copy of your receipt or invoice with returned items. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. If an order was originally shipped free of charge, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping cost of the original order.
Please review the following time frames for returns of new, unused, and undamaged KDS products:
- Within 30 days of purchase:
You may return most new, unopened KDS products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, provided no damage is found. Any damage to the product will void the refund. - After 30 days but before 90 days of purchase:
New, unopened items returned within this period are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. The balance, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded once the restocking fee is applied and no damage is found. Any damage to the product will void the refund. - After 90 days of purchase:
Returns will not be accepted more than 90 days after the date of purchase. No exceptions.
If you received an incorrect or defective item due to an error by KDS, please contact us immediately. In this case, KDS will pay the return shipping costs and ship the correct replacement part upon receipt of the incorrect or defective item. This is the only circumstance under which KDS will cover return shipping.
Refunds are issued promptly after the return is received, inspected, and accepted. Processing times may vary depending on the situation. Once KDS approves the return, your bank may take several business days to post the refund to your account. PayPal refunds may also take time to process, although most are completed quickly. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Krazana Design Studios Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a product fails to meet specifications, KDS Inc. will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or adjust the product if it determines that the defect is due to materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper repair, corrosion, unforeseeable use, or interaction with other equipment.
Using any KDS Inc. arm as a tie-down or strap-down point (e.g., during dyno sessions or transport) will void the warranty.
KDS Inc. is not responsible for labor, removal, installation, or any incidental or consequential costs. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
KDS Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. KDS Inc. shall not be liable for, and the buyer assumes all risk of, any advice given or omitted regarding product use or installation. KDS Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
If the purchaser fails to pay any portion of the purchase price when due, or fails to meet any contractual terms agreed upon at purchase, all warranties and remedies may be terminated.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Products must be returned to KDS Inc. for inspection before claims can be processed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
